This photo was taken in the winter of 2002, at the Chelsea Flea Market in New York City. Using my Yashicamat and TriX, the mirror with the dancer appliqué caught my eye and I took advantage of the late afternoon sun to create this frame. Chelsea Flea was a legendary place where you could find bargains ranging from mid-century furniture for pennies on the dollar to watches, cameras to posters. Sadly it doesn't exist in that form anymore.
